Fonts appear too big due to printed or previewed right after it is zoomed.
Cause:
The problem occurs because the document is zoomed to a size other than 100% and is printed or previewed immediately after it is zoomed. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem.
Solution:
To work around this problem, close the document and reopen it. To prevent the problem from occurring, scroll through the document before printing or previewing.
Do one of the following:
1) To work around the problem:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to close the document.
b) Reopen the document:
1] Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. (The Open dialog box appears.)
2] Select the drive that contains the document from the 'Look in' drop-down list. (A list of all the folders and files within the drive is displayed.)
3] (Optional) Select the folder that contains the document.
4] (Optional) Click 'Open'.

NOTE: If the desired document is in one of the subfolders, repeat steps 3] and 4] until the name of the file is displayed.
5] Select the file. (The file is highlighted.)
6] Click 'Open'. (The document opens.)
2) To prevent the problem from occurring, scroll through the document before printing or previewing.
